When onboarding a new customer EVCO SERVICES LIMITED will detail in the Statement of Works any additional costs or program of works required to migrate, assess, or create a new Microsoft 365 Tenancy.  These works may include the following: 

  • M365 creation requirements and tenancy migration to be costed at day rate. 

  • Microsoft 365 Audit from – Day rate charge

Security Check 

We will check all the following and more. Multi Factor Authentication, phishing, spam, malware, secure score, legacy authentication, global admins, mail rules, fwd. external block, previous support providers, leavers, backup, retention with the result that your business will be more secure. 

Subscriptions Usage 

We will check for: Leavers, joiners, latest subscriptions, new options, and possible add-on licences.  

Business Integration Review 

In this element we will look at how you use Microsoft 365 today and whether your business could gain more benefit, in some cases by using already included services. We will look at Teams, Phone, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerApps, Forms and more. A report will show how your staff engage with the services.

EVCO Services Day Rates are for on-site or remote activities outlined in a previously agreed Statements of Works (SoW) between EVCO Services and the Customer.

SoWs can incorporate any custom services including, but not limited to:

  • Cloud & on-premise infrastructure audits, discovery, documentation, (re)design and implementation.
  • Cyber Security audits and compliance reviews.
  • Desktop / laptop / server system (re)builds.
  • Training and user adoption.
