For "M365 User Support Remote Helpdesk” services to be valid the “EVCO SERVICES LIMITED MSSA Agreement” MUST be signed, and all Microsoft based software MUST be purchased via EVCO SERVICES LIMITED.
When onboarding a new customer EVCO SERVICES LIMITED will detail in the Statement of Works any additional costs or program of works required to migrate, assess, or create a new Microsoft 365 Tenancy. These works may include the following:

We will check all the following and more. Multi Factor Authentication, phishing, spam, malware, secure score, legacy authentication, global admins, mail rules, fwd. external block, previous support providers, leavers, backup, retention with the result that your business will be more secure.
We will check for: Leavers, joiners, latest subscriptions, new options, and possible add-on licences.
In this element we will look at how you use Microsoft 365 today and whether your business could gain more benefit, in some cases by using already included services. We will look at Teams, Phone, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerApps, Forms and more. A report will show how your staff engage with the services.
EVCO Services Day Rates are for on-site or remote activities outlined in a previously agreed Statements of Works (SoW) between EVCO Services and the Customer.
