Here at EVCO we deploy Microsoft Defender Plan 2 to deliver phishing education programmes to our customers.

Together, they form a layered defence that is far more resilient than relying on tools or awareness alone.
The need for this approach is clear. In the UK, 93 per cent of businesses and 95 per cent of charities that experienced cyber-crime reported phishing as part of the incident. Those numbers show that attackers are still targeting people as much as systems. Without proper training, one click on a suspicious email can undo even the best technical safeguards.
By pairing Defender with awareness training, we are building both confidence and competence among users. Staff feel better equipped to spot risks, and businesses gain a workforce that treats security as a shared responsibility.
