At EVCO we deploy Ubiquiti Proof Point to protect our customer networks and users.
This software subscription enhances Unifi hardware with advanced cyber security, to harden the customer perimeter at both ingress and egress.
Proof Point brings cloud powered threat intelligence to Unifi gateways and access layers, adding deep inspection and policy-based controls that protect networks from the first packet into the last packet out. It strengthens the edge without adding operational complexity, which means faster rollouts, simpler management and clearer accountability.
With Proof Point enabled, we apply consistent policies for intrusion detection and prevention, application and content control, and safe browsing through DNS and web filtering. Real time signature updates and behavioural analytics help spot known threats quickly while also flagging unusual activity that warrants review. Centralised dashboards streamline monitoring, alerting and auditing, so security teams get actionable visibility rather than noise.
The business value is direct and measurable. Strong controls at ingress reduce the chance of initial compromise, while outbound enforcement stops risky connections and data exfiltration before harm is done.
